Founders' Associate at Pleevi

As a Founder's Associate, you will work closely with our two co-founders, providing strategic and operational support across various facets of the business. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into startup operations and contribute significantly to our growth and success.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the co-founders to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.

• Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and effective communication among team members.

• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities, assess competition, and inform strategic decisions.

• Operational Support: Assist in optimizing business operations, including process improvement, resource allocation, and performance tracking.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients, to support business development initiatives.

• Financial Analysis: Support financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

• Experience: 2+ years in management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup environment.

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven project management experience.

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
