Growth Lead at Pleevi

We're looking for an energetic and hands-on community builder to help scale Pleevi's presence, impact, and brand engagement. In this role you will reach out to the problem-solvers of the energy efficiency realm, bring them together and forge a network that will succeed together with Pleevi. You’ll work closely with our co-founders to drive engagement, host events, spark conversations, and generate demand for our smart energy solutions. Your mission: to build a vibrant, engaged ecosystem around Pleevi.

What you'll do

• Community Building: Give Pleevi a name in the energy management space—create and nurture an active, engaged community of partners, customers, and enthusiasts.

• Lead Generation: Develop creative campaigns and outreach strategies to generate leads and spark new conversations.

• Events & PR: Organize and represent Pleevi at industry events, and work to get Pleevi featured in media and thought leadership circles.

• Brand Engagement: Build excitement around our mission through storytelling, partnerships, and consistent communication.

• Social Media & Online Presence: Own our social channels and help grow our audience across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and beyond.

• Content & Campaigns: Collaborate on branded content, campaigns, and thought leadership pieces that align with our voice and goals.

• Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with product and sales to sync community feedback with our roadmap and strategy.

Job requirements

• Location: Ideally based near Brussels or able to commute to our Silversquare North office regularly. We value in-person energy for community-building, even with hybrid flexibility.

• Experience: Experience: A decent amount of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS community management, marketing, sales development, or branding. Knowledge and experience in the energy or smart charging tech space is a strong plus.

• Community Energy: You love talking to people, bringing them together, and creating value through connection.

• Creative Hustle: You bring ideas to life and thrive on making noise in competitive markets.

• Channel Fluency: Skilled in using social media, events, PR, and partnerships to drive engagement and growth.

• Startup Mindset: Comfortable operating in ambiguity and wearing many hats. You're excited by the chance to build from scratch.

• Communication: Stellar storytelling, writing, and speaking skills in English.
